Is Juicing Healthy?

My experience with juicing and why it’s so healthy

I started drinking fruit smoothies in March of 2018. Then in 2019 I started learning about the power of fruit, juicing, and thought I really want to try this! I started learning more about mucus and acids in the body and the difference between smoothies and juice. I would see these pictures of this amazing, beautiful juice and it looked so good! I was so intrigued. I wanted to try it.

Fresh cold-pressed organic juice is quickly becoming a staple in many diets – especially those of busy, health-conscious people like you and I who can save time on making their food without missing out on vitamins and nutrients. Fresh cold pressed organic juice can also help you both lose weight, and detox your system. I juice for my family every single week and they love it!

Are you curious about the science behind juicing? I was too when I had just started. Since then, I’ve completely transformed my lifestyle and also completed my Juice Therapy Certification, so I can help others take control of their health like I did. Here’s an overview of why juicing is a healthy habit that I recommend to my clients.

4 Reasons why juicing is a healthy habit

1. Juicing helps you absorb all the nutrients from the fruits and veggies

This is important because most of us have impaired digestion as a result of making less-than-optimal food choices over many years. This limits your body’s ability to absorb all the nutrients from the fruit. Juicing will help to “pre-digest” them for you, so you will receive most of the nutrition.

2. Juicing allows you to consume a healthier amount of fruits and vegetables in an efficient manner.

Virtually every health authority recommends that we get six to eight servings of vegetables and fruits per day and very few of us actually get that. Juicing is an easy way to virtually guarantee that you will reach your daily target for fruits and vegetables.

Also, sometimes it is hard to get your kids to eat fruits or veggies and this is a great way to get those fruits and veggies in. My kids LOVE the juice! They have juice every single morning on an empty stomach. This provides so many vitamins, minerals and nutrients right into the bloodstream as soon as they start their days.

3. Boost your immune system by supercharging it with concentrated phytochemicals.

Raw juice also contains biophotonic light energy, which can help revitalize your body. Chlorophyll is the biogenic healer of the body, it cleans the blood. You feel so alive and energized! You will truly feel light, happy, and high vibing! I’m proof of the effects.

4. Increase your energy.

When your body has an abundance of the nutrients it needs, and your pH is optimally balanced, you feel energized. Since it can be utilized by your body immediately, those who juice report feeling the “kick” of energy almost instantly. People who eat the standard American diet eat a lot of heavy, processed foods that cause loss of energy and fatigue. Juice is the opposite! Makes you feel light and happy.

To wrap up, you want to know: Is juicing healthy? Yes it is. Fruits and vegetables are high in vitamins and minerals. Drinking juices give you extra nutrients in your body to boost overall health. Juices are rich in anti-inflammatory compounds and boost your immune system and help you feel more energetic.
