Happy birthday to me - I'm 43 years old this July, and I feel younger than ever. How can that be? I became a vegan three years ago and have never looked back. Some might think that Veganism is just about food – but it's about so much more.

Is Veganism the fountain of youth? For me, it is.

It's about living a healthy and holistic lifestyle that benefits both myself and the planet. It's also about setting a good example for my daughters – showing them that they can make choices that will help them stay young and vibrant for years to come.

Healthy, Fit, and Sexy

People ask me how I maintain such a youthful appearance, and the answer is simple: Veganism, juice therapy, and a holistic lifestyle. Following a plant-based diet, I can get all the nutrients my body needs to stay healthy and fit.

And because I'm not consuming animal products, I'm also doing my part to help reduce the pollution and greenhouse gases produced by the meat industry.

Role Model for My Girls
